Voor diegenen die er niet bij waren of het zich niet meer herinneren : We waren daar met 9000 non-profit werknemers om de besparingen in de non-profit aan te kaarten. Toen was er corona en ondertussen is er heel veel gebeurd in de wereld \u00e9n zeker ook in de non-profit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corona zette het onschatbare maatschappelijk belang van de sector in de schijnwerpers. Maar meer dan ooit tevoren zette corona ook de grote knelpunten in de sector op scherp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heb jij ook al eens gedacht: hoe moet het nu verder?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de sociale akkoorden is een stap vooruit gezet voor meer loon en meer personeel.Zijn alle problemen in de Non-Profit daarmee opgelost? Absoluut niet.Gaat dat vanaf nu vanzelf gebeuren? Natuurlijk niet. Als de werknemers van de Non-Profit zich niet laten horen, dan is de kans bijzonder groot dat de overheid terugkeert naar de gang van zaken zoals voor de coronacrisis.
